Shipping of your parcel

The Horiance team does its best to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12 p.m are generally dispatched within 2 working days. In the event of high demand or special occasions (sales, holiday periods, etc.), we undertake to dispatch your order within 9 working days from the day following receipt of your order.

Delivery of your parcel

During the ordering process, you will have the choice between home delivery or delivery to a relay point. Delivery costs and times vary according to the type of delivery chosen (home delivery or delivery to a pick up point) and the country of destination. Relay point delivery is free in Belgium. In other countries, delivery is free* for orders from €100 (including VAT and excluding delivery costs). *Only the most economical deliveries (to your home or to a pick up point) are offered.
