Refund policy

To return a product, please complete and sign the RETRACTION FORM and send it to info@horiance.be. IMPORTANT: return shipping costs are always at the buyer's expense.

You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of physical receipt of the goods by yourself or a third party designated by you to receive the package. You are not allowed to test or damage the product (if you have tested the product, you will not be able to use your right of withdrawal and will be held responsible for the loss of value of the good due to unnecessary manipulation on your part).

This right of withdrawal only applies to goods purchased on the www.horiance.be website, and not to goods purchased at physical points of sale.

When you purchase a personalized, custom-made and/or hygienic and/or sealed product/good (e.g. lip balm, soap, etc.) you have NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. For products made exclusively for you (personalized and/or made-to-measure), it will be impossible for us to put them back on sale. As they are personalized, Horiance gift vouchers/cards cannot be retracted, refunded or exchanged. For products of hygienic nature, due to their nature, they cannot be resold.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of informing the seller of your decision to cancel the purchase. The cost of returning the goods is always at the charge of the buyer. The returned goods must be returned in their original package and its entire contents (original packaging of the goods, the goods, interior protection of the package, original box of the package, flyers, etc.). The package and its contents must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them (and not used). When you return the goods, any damage incurred during transport will be at your charge and directly deducted from the refund. If you do not write to us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, either by yourself or by a third party designated by you, informing us of any damage with accompanying pictures, we will consider that the goods received are in perfect condition.

You will be refunded the amount of your purchase, including delivery costs (if you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest standard method that we offer, the additional costs for choosing this delivery method will not be refunded). Please keep the transporter's receipt as proof of parcel shipment. Refunds will be made within 14 days of notification of your desire to return or when the package has been received by the seller. Payment will be made by the company Molie with whom Horizon 1024 works for payment methods or by any other payment method previously agreed between the buyer and the seller. Payments and refunds are made in a secure way.

In order to notify his desire of retraction, the Buyer must communicate it to the Seller by e-mail and by attaching the retraction form completed. If the buyer has informed the seller within the period stipulated by law, the seller will confirm the authorisation of the return in writing.
